"I just want to say that Erica, owner of Mini Bitez nailed my sons custom cake he wanted. She made the exact cake combination and flavor was on point. He wanted an Oreo cake with cannoli filling and many places wouldn't do it or didn't have a cannoli filling recipe..and let me tell you those two combined were amazing. I will definitely be using and recommending her to anyone I know. She was fast to reply and very easy to deal with and was right on time with delivery. My son could not be happier of how it came out."
